All personal data is handled sensitively and in accordance with current data protection legislation. Assessment materials are stored digitally in an encrypted, password‑protected folder. We retain assessment records for approximately six years, as required by the Information Commissioner’s Office and the Dyslexia Guild/British Dyslexia Association.

Assessment reports are shared only with the person who arranged the assessment. Reports are sent securely and password‑protected. We do not share your information with third parties unless you provide written consent.
